However if you are using professional/educational account e.g:******@companydomain.com, you need to contact your office 365 administrator to go to Office 365 Admin Center-> Support-> New Service Request, to contact the support engineers there, and

if the account you are using is outlook.com account, Hotmail account, live.com or family subscription account let me know i will move the issue to the dedicated team then they can help you.
