New member not appearing in class notebook

I have a staff member who added a new student to Teams but she does not appear in the class notebook. Have tried a few things but no luck. She is definitely a member and she can access teams but she does not appear in Teams notebook, on-line or desktop version of onenote. The student can see her onenote but it is blank, the teacher cannot see her onenote at all.

    Hi,

    I have the same issue for my user as he can see the student's name on the class insight tab but cannot see the end user in the class notebook list even if the Teams is UpToDate and there is no issue in terms of the data sync

    I have readded the end user as well but he is still not appearing on the class notebook, but can see in the insight tab

    Newly added students not showing in Class Notebook - Microsoft Support is already done

    Any help will be appreciated!
