Microsoft Teams template doesn't populate configured tabs/apps

Hi,

I'm referring to the following threads:

Is there any update on this issue? Also, in our organization, predefined tabs/apps (custom app) are not populated by using any template (even the pre-defined ones) and we have to add them always manually which is guess not how it is meant to be.

no error code. Just doesn't add app tab
