Teams flickering/flashing/glitch

I have problems with glitches, wen I am in a call via a Web browser in Teams and when the screen is shared or when other participants cameras are on.
I put a screenshot, what is happening.

(i can't put a screenshot in massage idk what is problem)

The bug is normal on Teams?
I guess it's not my graphic RIP.
