Cannot associate my MCID with an organisation

I am unable to associate my MCID with my organisation - there is no link to do so.

Also I'm unable to edit my profile - I am told to contact Microsoft

Thirdly, all my Dynamics CRM exams have disappeared from my profile

Are you able to help here? My MCID is 7282628
