How do you tranfer windows 10 and all the files on the pc to another one

I am getting a new 2nd hand pc that is on windows 7, but right now i am on windows 10. How do i take windows 10 and all the files on my current pc to the other one?

    Hi,

    For the best possible experience, it is recommended to perform a fresh installation of your applications on your new Windows 10 PC, for the data/files you can simply move them using one of the methods below:

    • Use OneDrive to transfer your data.
    • Use an external hard drive to transfer your data.
    • Use third party tools such as PCMover.

    Your Windows 10 license is most likely an OEM license, it cannot be transferred away from the hardware it came with as it is bound to the hardware.
    If you want a Windows 10 on your other laptop, you'll likely need to buy a new Windows 10 license.
