My OneDrive does not sync and asked to renew although I pay a monthly fee.

I pay the MS premium plan monthly, but files don't sync with 1 TB storage. Informed I needed to renew my plan by May 25, 2024, even though I pay monthly. Very confusing.

I unlinked my account to relink it; however, it no longer has an Onedrive settings button. This is all very confusing.

Recently, I unlinked my account to relink it, but now I can no longer find the settings button. Can you please help me understand what's going on?

    Go to the OneDrive cloud icon on the taskbar and click that View online button. Does that take you to the account with the 1TB subscription?

    If so then click this and do it -> Email the OneDrive support team

    Ask support if the April 2 payment went through and check your credit card statement.
