Dear RaSheeda Koletowo
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
Based on your description, I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with Loop. This issue may be caused by several different factors, such as a temporary service outage or an account permission issue.
From my understanding, in Microsoft 365 Home Edition. While Microsoft does not explicitly publish a specific limit on the number of workspaces, the Loop app for individual Microsoft accounts has the following limitations:
Maximum of 250 Loop workspaces created per user
Up to 50 Loop workspaces per user per day
Microsoft Loop storage limits - Microsoft Support
Please try the following steps carefully to see if it makes any difference:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies and try creating a new workspace or page again.
- Try using a different browser or device to see if the problem persists.
- Check your account permissions to make sure you have the access you need to create new workspaces and pages
Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
