Hello, SmrtHm
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
It seems that you are experiencing an issue where page links within the Microsoft Loop app on your iPad (9th Gen) aren't opening, while they function correctly on other devices. For this we tried to test some links such as the following:
Get started with Microsoft Loop - Microsoft Support
And testing with Microsoft Loop in iPad OS 18.2, it seems that the link opens all right, so if it's convenient for you, you can try to share that you inserted this link. Since this problem isn't widely documented, if convenient, could you please provide some details with me
- What type of account do you use in Microsoft Loop that is a personal/business account? If you are accessing the Loop through the web browser on your iPad, some browser settings or extensions may interfere with link functionality. Try using a different browser or resetting the current browser settings to default. (e.g. Safari)
- What version of iPadOS is installed on your iPad (9th Gen)? You can check this under Settings > General > About. We have observed that some of the links may be subject to security review when opened on an iPad, if so, please share a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing. For threads, please refer to: -<Ipad 9th Generation can't open some links - Apple Community>

Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.
- Type of Link: Is the link pointing to a Loop page or another type of content? For example, is it a link to a document, external webpage, or a specific item within Loop?
Initial Suggestion:
- Check for app updates: Make sure your Microsoft Loop app has been updated to the latest version from the App Store.
- Test in another workspace: Try opening the link in another workspace to see if the issue is isolated.
- Reinstall the app: Uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Loop app to ensure a fresh installation.
Once I have more details from you, I can provide tailored advice or confirm whether this is a known issue with Microsoft Loop on iPads.
Let me know if you need further clarification or assistance!
