Account linking and fixing belong to email on MAC user

Hi, I have started my new uni and I have a new email account to use Microsoft Office, but every time I open the app, all the licenses belong to my previous uni account which has already been deactivated a long time ago. Please advise how to relink them to my current account. Sign-in and sign-out doesn't help at all. I am a Mac user. Thank you.

    Dear ZYE Yoong,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    Per your issue, I recommend you can first have a try with this license removal tool on mac to update the license/account. Then, you can activate office using the new email account.
