Badge not issued – Microsoft Advertising Search Certification

Hi Microsoft team,

I have successfully passed the Microsoft Advertising Search Certification (Search Exam), but I did not receive any badge or certificate in my Learn profile or via email.

Details:

– Microsoft Account Email: [r*****@gmail.com]

– Completion Date: [11am 2. July 2025]

– Course/Exam: Microsoft Advertising Search Certification

I completed all 50 questions and received confirmation that I passed, but nothing has shown up in my profile or Credly.

Could you please help me link the certification and issue the badge?
