Regarding Microsoft Teams call history: by default, users can view only the past 30 days of call activity in the app. Administrators can access call reports for up to 90 days via the admin center. For call records older than 90 days, you have two main options:
- eDiscovery in Microsoft 365 Compliance Center: With appropriate licensing (like E5), compliance admins can search and export call data beyond 90 days if retention policies are in place. More info here:
Retention for Teams - eDiscovery for Teams - Retention policies: Configure tailored retention policies to keep essential Teams data according to your needs. For frequent access to older data, consider backup or specialized reporting solutions.
Please contact your Teams admin or IT department to review your retention settings and explore the best options for accessing older call records.
