SCCM 24H2 Feature Update Failing on 100 Machines – Error 0x80D02002

I am upgrading the old OS build using the SCCM Feature Update to version 24H2 7b Initially, I deployed it on 30 machines and it was successful. However, when I redeployed it to 70 machines, I received the following error on 50 of them:

Error Code: 0x80D02002

Error Description: Delivery Optimization: Download of a file saw no progress within the defined period
