How to Fix Inactive Computer into MECM

I am managing MECM. I have several inactive computers because they have been offline for over 7 days. However, the computers have reconnected to Active Directory but still do not reconnect to MECM. I have removed and reinstalled the agent, but it failed.
Please give me some suggestions to solve this issue.
