Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community. I understand you’re looking to change the payment account for your OneDrive upgrade, and that your work email currently appears during the process. I understand how important it is, and I'm here to help.
Let’s go through a few steps and check if it helps resolve the issue:
- Open the Google Play on your android device
- Tap your Profile Icon located at the upper right corner
- Select the drop down arrow next to your current account, to view all signed-in Google Accounts
- Choose your personal Google Account from the list, if it's not listed you may tap the " Add another account " and sign in with your personal email
- Once you already switched, return to the OneDrive App and you may try to proceed to the upgrade process again. The transaction will now be billed to the selected personal account.
