    Hi @Harrison Craig,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

To duplicate a Microsoft Planner plan with all custom columns, you’ll need to use the new Planner experience with premium features.

    Requirements:

    • You must be using the new Planner experience (available in Microsoft Teams).
    • You need a premium license (like Project Plan 1 or higher) to use custom fields and copy them.

Here're steps you can use to copy a Plan with Custom Columns:

    1. Open the plan you want to duplicate.
    2. Click the three dots (⋯) in the upper-right corner of the plan.
    3. Select “Copy plan.”
    4. In the Copy Plan dialog:
      • Choose the destination group or create a new one
        • Make sure to include custom fields (they’re copied automatically)

If You're using the Classic Planner:

    • The built-in copy feature does not support custom columns
    • You’ll need to manually recreate them or upgrade to the new Planner experience.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping your environment secure. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance.
