Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum
Currently there is no direct built-in feature in Microsoft Teams or Outlook to automatically block time across multiple users’ calendars with a single action while completely preventing meeting invites. However, I recommend you have your Global Admin to try:
1.Create All-Day Events on Individual Calendars
This method involves manually adding an all-day event to each user’s calendar to block time, marked as "Busy" or "Out of Office," so coworkers see the time as unavailable:
-Log in to Outlook (web or desktop)
-In Outlook Calendar, select the calendar of the first user.
-Go to Home > New Appointment (or New Event in the web version).
-Enter a title (e.g., "Focus Time" or "Unavailable").
-Set the Start time and End time to cover the desired period. Check the All-day event box for a full-day block or specify exact hours (e.g., 9 AM–12 PM).
-In the Show As dropdown, select Busy (to indicate unavailability) or Out of Office (to emphasize absence).
-Optionally, mark the event as Private to hide details from coworkers (they’ll only see "Busy").
-Save the event. It will sync to the user’s Teams calendar automatically.
-Repeat for Each User

2.Use Microsoft Viva Insights for Focus Time
-Check Licensing: Ensure group members have Viva Insights licenses (e.g., Microsoft 365 E3/E5).
-In Microsoft 365 Admin Center, go to Settings > Org settings > Viva Insights, confirm it’s enabled.
-In Teams Admin Center, go to Teams apps > Manage apps, ensure Viva Insights is Allowed.
-Instruct a group leader to start a Shared Focus Plan in Viva Insights (Teams > Wellbeing > Start a shared focus plan).
-Set group preferences.
-Share the plan link via Teams/email; users must opt in to schedule Focus Time as “Busy” on their calendars.
-Announce the Focus Time schedule (e.g., “No meetings 9–11 AM”) via Teams/email.
-Instruct users to enable auto-decline in Outlook (Settings > Calendar > Events and invitations > Automatically decline conflicts).
