    Hi Chetos,

If your Microsoft Surface Go has a broken screen and a cracked body, the first thing you should do is check if it’s still under warranty or covered by Microsoft Complete. You can do this by signing into your Microsoft account and visiting the Surface warranty check page. If your device is covered, you may qualify for a repair or replacement at a reduced cost. Keep in mind that available repair options and service turnaround times can vary depending on your location. It’s also best to avoid third-party repair services, as they could void any remaining warranty or affect future support from Microsoft.

Hope you get some information in this comment.

    Regards,
    Jeric.

My device is not under warranty anymore. Are there any Microsoft centers I can visit and get it repaired? I don't want any third-party Services which is why I am trying to contact directly to Microsoft. I am willing to pay for the services, that is not a problem, so if you'd please tell me if I can visit any centers or verified shops to get is repaired?

    Hi Chetos,

If your Surface device is no longer under warranty and you're looking to have it repaired, the availability of official Microsoft service centers depends on your location. In some regions, Microsoft may not offer walk-in repair services, but you can still reach out to them directly through the Surface app or the Microsoft Support website to explore your options. They might guide you on how to send your device to an authorized facility or offer remote assistance. If you're considering upgrading instead, Microsoft has a Surface Trade-In Program that lets you exchange your current device even if it's out of warranty for cash back when purchasing a new Surface. You can check your device’s eligibility and start the process online through the Microsoft Trade-In portal.

I hope you find the best services around you. Best of luck!

no i do not want to trade-in my device. i checked the site and it does not seem to have any in-person stores in india, pune. so how do i get this fixed? i want to have this look almost as good as new in next 2 months. and if i do send you the device, how much time will it take to for it to come back to me?
