Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
It sounds like you've already verified these prerequisites, right?
- You must be a Microsoft Teams Global Admin with a valid Teams license.
- All users you want to sync must have Teams licenses assigned to them.
- Your Google Workspace domain must be fully verified in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- The required Microsoft 365 Mail Migration and Calendar Sync app must be installed and authorized in the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Can you check in the admin center > Health > Message Center > MC1058265 to see if this feature is launching in your tenant yet?
The feature hasn't been launched in my tenant yet (similar to the multiple emoji feature I encountered a while back - some tenants have the feature, but others don't).
