Hi Doug,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft community, I totally get how important that is especially when you're juggling work and personal stuff. Here's a simple way to make sure your Android and PC stay connected through OneDrive:
How to Sync OneDrive on Android with Your PC
On Your Android Phone:
Download the OneDrive App
Grab it from the Google Play Store.
Use the same Microsoft account that you use on your PC.
Turn On Camera Upload (Optional)
Tap your profile icon → Settings → Camera Upload → Switch it on to auto-sync your photos.
Upload Files Manually
Tap the "+" icon → Choose files → Pick a folder in OneDrive to store them.
On Your Windows PC:
Open OneDrive
Click the OneDrive icon in the taskbar or search for it in the Start menu.
Make sure you're using the same Microsoft account as on your phone.
Choose What to Sync
Right-click the OneDrive icon → Settings → Account → Choose folders to sync.
Find Your Files
Anything you upload from your phone will show up in your OneDrive folder on your PC:
C:\Users[YourName]\OneDrive
Sync Tips:
As long as both devices are online and signed in to the same account, your files will sync automatically.
You can also download files from your PC to your phone using the OneDrive app.
Let me know if you want help setting up automatic sync for specific folders or photos. I’ve got your back! 😊
