Hi, and welcome to Microsoft Q&A.
You should be able to turn off email notifications in the Teams settings. In Teams, go to the three dots at the upper right > Settings > Notifications and activity.

Hewitson, Andrew 0 Reputation points2025-08-13T22:33:56.8666667+00:00 Further to Craig's answer. The specific setting is Missed Activity Emails. By default mine was set to "As Soon As Possible" and I was getting contant email notifications. Now I have it set to Off.
