Hi Community,

Is it possible to automatically display the Free & Busy Information from Outlook-Calendars of the team members in MS-Shifts in Teams?

Thanks in advance

Tom

    Hi @Fey Thomas,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Based on your description, I understand that you're asking whether Microsoft Shifts can display Free/Busy information from Outlook calendars, as shown in the image below, could you please confirm is that correct with your requirement?

If my understanding is correct, currently, Microsoft Shifts does not support automatic syncing of Free/Busy information from Outlook calendars. Shifts is designed for manual shift scheduling and availability management.

However, thank you for sharing great question in the community. Your concern contributes to the ongoing improvement of Microsoft products. If this feature would significantly impact your workflow, I recommend submitting your idea through the Microsoft Teams app (see image below) or via the Microsoft Feedback Portal
