    • Which email provider are you trying to access (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) and which authenticator app were you using? (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator) 
    • Is this a personal email account or a work/school account managed by an organization? 
    • Did you have any backup options set up for your account? ( like backup codes, recovery email, phone number, etc.) 
    • Have you tried accessing your email from a trusted device or browser where you were previously logged in? 
    • Have you already tried the account recovery or support process offered by your email provider?   If yes, what was the result?
