Why is safelinks preventing me from accessing the statutory services websites, this is outrageous

Quick check, are you using your personal Outlook account or an Outlook account managed by an organization?

Safe Links is part of Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and blocks websites if the Microsoft security service marks them as unsafe. If those statutory service links are safe and you need access, your admin must add the website addresses to the Safe Links “Do not rewrite” list in the Microsoft 365 Defender portal under Safe Links settings. This action allows Outlook to stop blocking those trusted websites.
