I checked and it shows as submitted, but it’s still not marked as turned in and it still appears under “upcoming assignments.” How can I turn it in so it moves to “completed”?

How can I turn it in? I took a quiz for 5 minutes and answered everything, but I forgot to click the submit button. I checked and it shows as submitted, but it’s still not marked as turned in and it still appears under “upcoming assignments.” How can I turn it in so it moves to “completed”? Here’s what you can do to fix it:

    1.      Go back to the assignment in teams:

Open the same assignment where your file is attached.

    2.      Look for the “Turn In” button.

    ·         On desktop/web: it’s usually at the top-right corner.

    ·         On mobile: it may appear at the bottom after attaching your file.

    3.      Click “Turn in”

Once you do that, the status will change from Not turned in to Turned in, and admin will be able to see it as submitted.

    4.      If the deadline has passed:

The button may change to “Turn in late.” You can still submit, but it will show as late.

    5.      If the button is missing:

Contact your admin and explain that you uploaded the quiz but forgot to click turn in. They can either mark it manually or reopen the assignment for you.

In short: uploading file is not enough- you must click Turn in for it to be considered completed.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if any other query.

If it helps, please respond as answered.
