surface pro x doesn't boot

Hi my Surface Pro X stopped working after I installed a software and is not boot I would like to recreate a new install but I'm constantly getting stuck at the bi BitLocker key step and I don't know how to move forward please call me it's urgent. My number is [mod: redacted]

    1. Visit https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey on another device.
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft credentials you used to set up your Surface.
    3. Your recovery key will be there.

    If you absolutely cannot locate your BitLocker key, you have these options:

    Contact Microsoft Support.

    Reinstall Windows completely, which will erase all data on the drive.
