Delete multiple events in series but not whole series. E.g. 3 weeks from a series with two meetings a week all year round.

How to do this except 1-by-1 delete occurence?

I expected shift+click or ctrl+click but that doesn't work.

    Hi @Zimon Kuhs

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

I understand how convenient when we can multi-select and delete specific occurrences. However, currently, there is no direct built-in feature in Microsoft Teams or Outlook to do that. I'm so sorry about that.

However, I have an idea that may help avoid deleting each occurrence but manage each series independently.

If you are the meeting organizer, you can try by breaking the series:

    1.Open the Series:

-In Microsoft Teams, go to the Calendar tab, locate the recurring meeting, and double-click any occurrence

-Alternatively, in Outlook, go to Calendar, double-click the series, and select "The entire series" to edit.

2.End the Series Before the Desired Period:

-Edit the series to end before the 3-week period you wish to delete (e.g., set the end date to May 31, 2025, for a June 1–June 21 deletion).

-In Outlook: Click Recurrence, set the End by date, and click OK

-Save and send the update to attendees to confirm the change.

3.Create a New Series for Remaining Dates:

-Set up a new recurring meeting starting after the 3-week period with the same details (attendees, time, recurrence pattern).

-Extend it until the original series end date.

-Send the new invite to ensure attendees are updated.

Additionally, personally, I’m totally agree and understanding the convenient of being able to delete multiple events in series. It definitely great improvement to the current availabilities of Microsoft 365 apps. In that case, I sincerely recommend you go to Feedback community to vote this similar feedback: (find out similar feedback, if not provide the feedback forum link Ideas · Community). Our product team is in charge of the site, and they constantly check customer reviews and feedback, The higher votes, the more attention the related team will pay on. And a lot of the features are developed and improved based on customer feedback.
