HOW TO ACTIVATE MY LAPTOPS WINDOWS AFTER REINSTALLING WINDOWS 10 PRO

my laptop is a third gen ,core i5 ,it was shipped installed in windows 7,updated to windows 10 pro,but has failed to activate windows and yet i've just completed reinstalling...i dont have a product key and my trouble shooter aint giving. what do i do to activate my windows??

    Hello

    Did this reinstall involve any hardware change, such as motherboard change?

    Did it come with Windows 7 Pro originally, not Home, but Pro?

    go to Settings > Update & Security> Activation, run the troubleshooter, choose the hardware change option. When it asks you where it is installed on right now, you should choose the old device name. Then click on Activate button. And on the next screen when it asks you where to transfer it to, choose your new device name. See if that does the trick.
