Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum
To better understand, may I clarify:
Have you tested the Outlook mobile app on your iPhone or the Outlook desktop app on your MacBook? If so, the issue the same as in Apple Mail?
In the meantime, I suggest you try some basic steps:
1.Clear Cache and Re-add Account
-On iPhone: Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > [Your Account] > Delete Account, then re-add it. Restart your iPhone afterward.
-On MacBook: In Apple Mail > Preferences > Accounts, remove and re-add the account.
2.Verify Account Setup: Since you’re using IMAP in Apple Mail, this may limit calendar and notification syncing. Switching to Exchange ActiveSync may improve compatibility with Microsoft Bookings.
-On iPhone: Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Microsoft Exchange. Enter your email and sign in. Enable Mail, Calendars, and Contacts.
-On MacBook: Open Apple Mail > Preferences > Accounts > Add Account > Microsoft Exchange, then sign in and enable the same options.
-Check if Bookings notifications now appear in Apple Mail or Calendar.
The initial response may not fully address your needs, but it will help me better understand your situation. Once I get the information, I will try my best to find the next steps
