creating new installation of servers and new domain.
followed these procedures
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/scom/quickstart-install-single-server?view=sc-om-2022
https://kevinholman.com/2022/05/01/scom-2022-quickstart-deployment-guide/
https://kevinholman.com/2018/05/06/implementing-tls-1-2-enforcement-with-scom/

During the installation I see the OperationsManager DB get created in the MsSQL server.

Then during the roll back, I see it getting deleted.

We need some help on why this is failing.

see logs.

Is sql on cluster. If so try switching to standalone and try. Ensure sql has latest cumilative update. Additionally all configuaration in sql should be enabled. If firewall are enabled please set up firewall requirements as per scom. Also please esure while installing you should use account which is sys admin . Hope it helps
