If you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Edge, the next thing to check and try is to see if you will be able to join the TestFlight to be able to install Edge for insider and see if the issue will replicate from there. In the event that it is already full, you may send a feedback to the team that is working on Edge from the browser itself and hopefully this can be sorted out with a new update of the browser.
