Is there a way to retrieve a hacked Roblox account. The hacker changed the email address. When we try to reset or retrieve it is going to the email the hacker changed it to.

Is there a way to retrieve a hacked Roblox account. The hacker changed the email address which is an outlook address. When we try to reset or retrieve, it is going to the email the hacker changed it to. We have had no response from Roblox.

2025-10-05T13:53:28.28+00:00 Dolphin don't give up!! We were finally able to get ahold of customer support and was able to reset password and got the account back. A lot of my sons goods were gone though, but he did get it back. If customer support got to us sooner we could have still had his stuff. But...he was able to reset the password. Don't give up we contacted customer support about 50 times.

However, if this is a Microsoft account that you have lost access to you could try starting an online chat with support via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us. When you get to someone let them know you need to open an Unauthorized Access Ticket.

The hacker hacked the @outlook.com email address. resetting or retrieving in no longer able through the @outlook.com address. we are concerned that the hacking can get the banking information through the account since he hacked it.
