Enroll Edge Program: No callback, no ticket response and forum can't help me

Hello,

I’m trying to enroll in the Microsoft Edge Add-ons program so I can submit a browser extension,

but I keep getting redirected to the Partner Center home page.

I am a Verified publisher in Azure.

What I have already tried:

• Cleared cookies, used different browsers and InPrivate mode

• Posted on this forum – was told support must handle it

• Opened a support ticket (4 days ago) – no reply yet

• Called Partner Center – was told I would get a call back, but haven’t heard anything

At this point I don’t know what else I can do.

Could someone from Microsoft please escalate this or link my tenant to the Edge Add-ons program so I can access the dashboard and submit my extension?

    I have personally published an Edge extension to the Store as well. I am wondering if your URL is correct i.e. https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/microsoftedge

    If so, please share a screenshot of the error.

    I wonder if your network has something blocked, causing these issues.

    Is it possible to use Mobile Hotspot for testing purposes?
