surface pro 8 using docking station 2. docking station has limited upload speed varies 0.5mbps to 2.3mbs. Should be 45 - 50mbps.
Surface works fine with wifi and direct ethernet.
Docking station 2 is allowing 500mbps download.

Download and install Surface Dock 2 Firmware and Drivers
Run the tool while the dock is connected and powered.
If possible, check the Dock on another Surface device.
