Failed to create the test run in the Playwright service

I couldn't find appropriate tag and child tag so posting to whatever is closest.

I have started getting this error when trying to run Playwright tests using Playwright workspaces - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-testing/playwright-workspaces/overview-what-is-microsoft-playwright-workspaces

Running tests using Azure Playwright service. Failed to create the test run in the Playwright service. Please refer to https://aka.ms/pww/docs/troubleshooting for more information.

The tests were running fine till yesterday. So, its not a configuration issue with env variables.
