Problema no acesso do Azure

Olá,

Criei um trial do Azure utilizando o e-mail ******@gmail.com. Durante o uso, criei um usuário dentro do tenant automaticamente gerado pelo Azure, mas acabei perdendo o acesso ao Administrador Global desse tenant.

Atualmente, recebo notificações como se fosse administrador, mas não consigo acessar a conta nem o portal.

Tentei logar com o usuário criado (alexsanderlinn2.onmicrosoft.com), mas não consegui. Quando tento redefinir a senha, aparece que o usuário não é administrador e não é possível resetar.

Preciso de assistência para restaurar meu acesso como Administrador Global desse tenant.

    If the only Global Administrator of an Azure tenant loses access, the account cannot be recovered through normal password reset or portal options. The only solution is to contact Microsoft Support directly, provide proof of identity and tenant ownership (such as domain, billing info, and admin details), and request help from the Data Protection Team. To prevent this in the future, always set up multiple Global Admins and backup recovery options.
