According to your description, I checked this printer's driver and saw that this printer does not have driver for Windows 7 - which matches with your current operating system.

You could try to run compatibility tool: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/make-older-apps-or-programs-compatible-with-the-latest-version-of-windows-783d6dd7-b439-bdb0-0490-54eea0f45938 but I could not guarantee if this could force the driver work in unsupported version of Windows.
You will need to have at least Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2016 in order to run this driver. Using another device with newer operating system is highly recommended.
