Hello @Poore, Ben
Welcome to Q&A forum!
I’ve double-checked and noticed that Microsoft Planner has a different logo on the mobile app compared to the desktop app, as you can see in these images.

In this case, Sync issues can happen if the Iphone app isn’t updated or if two people edit the same task at the same time on different platforms, causing conflicts.
Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can do to fix this sync issue:
- Make sure that you are signed in to the same Microsoft account on both your iPhone and Planner in Teams.
- You can press and hold on the Planner app screen and pull it down to force a reload. This will trigger syncing between your Iphone and your Planner desktop
- You may try logging out and logging back in to the Planner app on your iPhone then check if it still has sync issue
- If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Planner app on your iPhone.
