This is an important option that was available in earlier versions but has disappeared along with the ability to test the speaker from inside Teams.

Unfortunately this is not a feature available for Teams for personal account user. Only in the business editon of Teams you can define different ring tone for priority contact. I am afraid you would have to post this as a feedback/feature request via https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/
