Access to the Microsoft Admin Center has been disabled?

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

We are experiencing a critical issue with our Microsoft 365 tenant. Starting from 30.09.2025, 09:00, none of our global administrators (including myself and 3 other admins) are able to log in.

The Admin Center (https://admin.microsoft.com) is not accessible.

Azure Portal, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services are also not accessible.

Previously, we have been able to log in without any issues using the same accounts.

This issue affects all global admin accounts in our tenant.

Unfortunately, we are unable to retrieve the Tenant ID because none of our Microsoft 365 services are currently accessible. Please use our tenant domain to identify our organization:

Tenant domain: @univ-silkroad.uz

We urgently need your assistance to restore access to our tenant and services as soon as possible.
