Welcome to Q&A Community!
I understand that you'd like to forward more than 2 invites to your colleagues at once. To make sure we're aligned and avoid from any misunderstanding, please let me know a few details about your issue by answering these questions:
- Are you signed in with a personal account (e.g., @hotmail.com, @outlook.com), an education account (e.g., @school.edu), or a work account (e.g., @yourcompany.com)?
- Are you the organizer of the meetings?
If you are the organizer, you have full control to update the attendee list for your meetings. Therefore, to add your colleague to the invitations, kindly:
- Open the meeting in Microsoft Teams or Outlook Calendar.
- In the Required attendees field, enter your colleague’s email address.
- Click Send Update.
When prompted, you can choose to send the update only to the added attendee to avoid notifying all participants.
If you are not the organizer, you will not have permission to modify the attendee list. Instead, you can:
- Request the organizer to add your colleague directly for full access and updates.
- Share the meeting join link: Open the meeting in Teams > Click Copy link > Share via email or Teams chat. If there are more than 1 invitation, kindly copy and paste all the links to the email or a Teams chat.
- Forward the meeting invite (if the organizer has not disabled forwarding).
Unfortunately, there are currently no built-in feature to allow you to forward all invites at once.
In Teams, you can only forward 1 invite at a time by right-clicking the invite > Forward.
In Outlook, to forward 1 invite, kindly open the meeting in Outlook > Click Forward > Enter your colleague’s email > Send.

However, I've figured out a way that you may try to forward all invites to your colleague in an Outlook email.
Firstly, open the invite, select the three dots > Other reply actions > Forward as attachment. It'll automatically create a draft email.
Then, following the same steps to turn other invites into an attachment and right-click the item to copy it to the same email. This way, you can forward all invites to your colleague in an email.
At this time, I understand that the current workaround may seem a bit complex and not as seamless as you would prefer. Unfortunately, Microsoft has not yet released any official guidance or built-in feature to address this scenario. In the meantime, the approach I suggested can serve as a temporary solution until further enhancements are introduced.
If you would like to see this feature implemented in future updates, I recommend submitting feedback through the Microsoft Teams Community. Your input is valuable and is carefully reviewed to help shape upcoming improvements. Once you have posted your suggestion, please share the link with me. I’ll make sure to upvote it to increase visibility.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.
