    Dear @Mohammed Jadheer

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Q&A.

I understand you're trying to create new Teams groups for your school classes, but you're encountering the error message:  "We ran into a problem creating your team."

Based on what you've described: trying from different devices and browsers, it seems unlikely to be a local issue. One common cause for this error is reaching the team creation limit for your account.

Microsoft Teams has a limit of 250 teams per user (where the user is the creator). If you've already created a large number of teams for your classes, it's possible you've hit this limit.

    Could you please confirm:

    • Approximately how many teams have you created so far?
    • Are you still able to create teams from the Microsoft Teams Admin Center (if you're an admin)?

If you've reached the limit, you may need to delete unused or old teams to free up space before creating new ones. You can also consider assigning team creation to another eligible user if needed.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Please feel free to reply below if you have any update or further concern.  Best regards,
