Device TPM problem

Hi Team,
Please get i get your assistance on the below error . It keeps making sign into my account after every 1 or few minutes and its becoming frustrating .
I have performed the below steps :
- Restarted the device
- Cleared TPM
- Checked device manager and the TPM driver was working coreectlt - it said ready for use
- Checked BIO/ UEFI settinsg and everything was enabled correctly for TPM
- Updated TPM and bios on the dell website
