    Hi Jorge,

That 504 error you're seeing means Microsoft's support site is currently having trouble connecting to its backend servers likely due to overload or maintenance.

In the meantime, here are a few ways you can still reach Microsoft Support:

    Live Chat Support

    1. Visit https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
    3. Select your product (Surface or Windows).
    4. Scroll down and choose “Contact Support” > “Chat with a support agent”.

But for the meantime, try clearing your browser's cache if it works. Or you can try accessing it via Incognito mode. And, if you have any VPN try it also.

    Best,
    Jeric

Give it some time or after 24 hours before accessing it again.
