No Landscape mode for video calls on iOS devices

This question has been ignored by the developers at Microsoft many times in the past years, but will this useless app ever support landscape mode while im video calling someone? Its 2025 and I have to speak to all of my 20 employees vertically instead of horizontally on Windows this is not an issue at all but on my iPhone every time i video call someone the persons face is always sideways.

i have lost faith that MS AI will ever fix this.

interesting is that teams in picture in picture mode goes landscape no problem.

In typical fashion, Microsoft makes a goddamn mess out of everything they touch.

The fact that your answer refers to someone getting onto a desktop version of teams to send feedback when the iOS mobile version doesn’t even have a feedback button or if it does like everything else, Microsoft makes you can’t find it. I find this funny at best and depressing at worst.

I have spent the past few hours trying different solutions, including online suggestions from MS, to get landscape orientation, only to see this has been an issue for years and still remains unresolved. I wish MS would stop pretending they are working on fixing the issue when it is clearly not an issue.

I have a client who wants her wedding live streamed next month on Teams. The mother cannot travel from overseas for the wedding due to cancer and the couple wanted to be able to interact with her and others during the live streamed wedding. If I live stream the wedding on YouTube or Facebook, then it will be cut off when copyrighted music is played in the background. Not good enough, Microsoft.
