Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.
It sounds like you each have your own Microsoft 365 subscriptions instead of sharing one under a Microsoft 365 Family plan.
Please check which type of subscription each of you has by going to https://account.microsoft.com/services and signing in with your Microsoft accounts. If you both have active subscriptions, you can cancel one of them to avoid being charged twice.
If your subscription is the Microsoft 365 Family plan, you can share it with your husband by following these steps:
- Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Under your Microsoft 365 subscription, select Sharing.
- Choose Start sharing and send an invite to your husband’s email.
Once he accepts the invitation, he’ll have full access to Microsoft 365 without needing his own subscription.
Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions or concerns.
Click "Add comment" to let me know.
Regards,
John J.D.
