surface tablet isn't charging

Hi, hope someone can help. My Surface tablet is having issues charging takes forever to get to 100%. I have checked battery troubleshooting and there is no issues. Once take off charge it loses it power really quick which makes me think battery. Would appreciate any feed back.

    First, I recommend adjusting your power settings. Try enabling Battery Saver mode, reducing the screen brightness, and turning off any unused background applications to help conserve battery life. Also ensure that you're using a compatible charger specifically designed for your Surface device. An incompatible or faulty charger can negatively affect charging performance and may even damage the battery.

    Additionally, I suggest checking your battery health using the Surface app, which you can download from the Microsoft Store. Once installed, open the app and navigate to Help & Support > Check for updates. This can help identify any battery-related issues or detect pending firmware updates that might impact your device’s performance.
