Hello everyone.
We are facing the below issue when clicking check for updates inside the Azure Update Manager.
Assessment failed with the message:
- "2 errors reported. The latest 3 errors are shared in details. To view all errors, review this log file on the machine: [C:\WindowsAzure\Logs\Plugins\Microsoft.CPlat.Core.WindowsPatchExtension\1.5.75]"
- "Windows update API failed to assess the machine for available updates. Error: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80240438, Hresult: 2147954402."
During the Troubleshooting about this error, Cloud Team log into the server and run the Check for Window Update.
Successfully found two Accumulatives packages available to be installed, but as the server has not been updated long time ago (more than 1 year) system takes the packages automatically and installed on the system. And the other one was FAILED.


Wondering if anyone has faced this issue before?, any help or guidance you can provide would be appreciated.
