Debris under keys can cause intermittent issues. Use compressed air to blow under the affected keys. Wipe keys with a slightly damp microfiber cloth.

Try an external keyboard-If external keyboard works fine, it may be a hardware problem If external keyboard has same issues, then it may be a software/driver problem.

If keys work fine in Safe Mode, a third-party app may be interfering.

Hi @Jayasri K Thanks for update!

Have you tried restart your computer?

Have you tried using an external keyboard?

If any software isn't affected, the problem might from that software. If the button works randomly or needs more force to press in order to work, the issue might be from hardware. In this case you have to reach your local support center to have it checked.

You can use On-Screen Keyboard temporarily; you can search it in Windows search to turn on.

If you think it's useful or correctly explain your workaround, please kindly react accordingly to our system as final answer. If you have any question, please let us know! Thank you!
