According to this issue, may I know if you still access to Outlook on the web (https://outlook.office.com/) with your mailbox?
If you are the administrator of the organization? If so, you could go to https://admin.cloud.microsoft/?#/homepage > Billing > Your products and then check if your license connecting your mailbox is still active or disabled (like the screenshot below).
If you are not the administrator of the organization, please contact IT asking about your license connecting to your mailbox. If an user is assigned with proper mailbox active license, this message will vanish after 12-24 hours.
